Throwing out a curve ball - these are my Mid-Monthly Favourites!
Bioderma Sensibio H2O
Amazing eye makeup remover - I purchased a pack of 2 500ml bottles on eBay for $33.00AUD - link to seller - although I do love this particular brand & formula (Bioderma) I have used and will continue to use several different "cleansing waters". There are several different products on the market ranging from as little as $10AUD - after I finish both of these Bioderma bottles I will be repurchasing my inexpensive favourite - Garnier Clean Sensitive Moisture Infusion Cleansing Water.
Cleansing waters are a great alternative to remove stubborn eye/face makeup for anyone who wants to avoid using an oil. I love the tightening feeling that they leave on the skin after use. They are also magnificent for anyone with contacts or just a sensitive eye area.
Josie Maran Argan Bear Naked Makeup Remover Wipes
A portion of the proceeds from every purchase goes to the Natural Resources Defense Council's Polar Bear SOS Initiative which is reason enough in itself to by this product. I love Polar Bear's and the packaging drew me in straight away - HOWEVER I'm happy to report that not only do you get to help a beautiful animal but the product itself is amazing! I am super picky about makeup removing wipes, so many of them are just rubbish. Bear Naked wipes are very nice to use - saturated with plenty of good for your skin ingredients. I use the Bioderma first to remove all traces of eye makeup then run this wipe all over my face/neck/ears to remove all traces of face makeup. Love this product.
Prada Candy Eau De Parfum Spray 50ml
I've finished my first bottle of Prada Candy just over a week ago now and I have missed it so much I am going to buy the massive sized bottle today at lunchtime - something I never do! The composition has top notes of musk, middle notes of benzoin and base notes of caramel.

Guerlain Meteorites Poudre De Perles Illumination Perfecting Pressed Powder - 02 Rose Frais
I know favourite posts are usually strictly reserved for the end of the month - but I find that with everyone doing the same sort of post at the same I tend to get bored after the first few days and end up not reading them. So I'm mixing it up a bit!
My faves include a mixture of skin, makeup, fragrance and finally my human favourite for the month. If you have a favourites post you would like me to check out be sure to leave your link in the comments below.

HOLY GRAIL FINISHING POWDER - I love this little round package of happiness so much - Perfect powder for all over the face if you are fair or as a very sheer highlighter for the pigmentation gifted. The powder smells like violets and has tiny little shimmer particles. Also photographs amazingly.
I first purchased this foundation about 18 months ago on a YouTube recommendation, at the time I had real issues with the formula and coverage so I chucked it in a draw and didn't think about it again until recently when another of my fav YouTubers/Bloggers Vivianna was wearing it in several video's and her skin just looked out of this world amazing. So I rescued it from my collection & have worn it everyday since. The velvety feel is amazing on application and finish is matte/semi-matte. My fav thing about this foundation is it's unbelievable staying power - I apply at 6am and it is still looking pretty good (not perfect however) at 7pm when I get home from work. If you are looking for a nice medium-full coverage foundation give JK Light as Air a try!

MAC Eye Kohl - Teddy
On a day to day basis I pretty much wear the same eye makeup - although I try to mix it up every few days I find myself always going back to these same few products which I end up using the exactly same way... Here's what I do:
First I apply the BB Taupe shadow all over the lid from the lash line and blended up into a the crease in a sort of half moon shape as well as on the lower lash line right across to about where the eyelashes finish. Then I take the MAC Blackberry and blend out the crease with a light amount, deepen the outer V with a heavier application of the same shade on a pencil brush and finally apply to the outer 3rd of the lower lash line. Next I take the Burberry Rosewood and apply a light wash all over the lid to add some extra sheen and dimension. That's it for the shadows. Now I take MAC Teddy and apply to the upper lash line - keeping it as close as possible to the lashes - then finish with the Anastasia highlighter on the brow bone, inner corner and lower water line. Finally I apply coats and coats for the Bare Minerals Mascara.
This warm taupey smokey eye is very flattering for ladies with blue eyes (which is me - dah) and very appropriate for the work place.
Swatches from left to right then pencils:
Burberry Rosewood, BB Taupe, MAC Blackberry
MAC Teddy & Anastasia Highlighter
A paid a ridiculous amount of money for this palette - at $60AUD those powders better be magic or be made out of powdered cocaine.....
Well turns out they are neither - damn - but they are very nice brow powders and the wax has phenomenal staying power. I like having everything I need in this one little palette, perfect for travel. Even though I was charged a shocking amount at my salon you can pick it up for as little as $30AUD online. Which I think is a perfectly reasonable price for such a nice little brow trio. Seems I have a bit of an obsessing with being Exposed..... I swear it's a coincidence!
I love pairing the Tarte blush with the LORAC by first applying the Tarte as a contour and then I add a hit of the LORAC to the back of the cheek bones and blend together. A beautiful combo. They are also amazing on their own.
Illamasqua are really the most amazing cosmetic company I''m yet to come across. Every product I have tried by Illamasqua is just flawless - in particular this liquid metal is such a beautiful highlight. I apply a light amount to the top of the cheek bones with a soft fan brush and add whatever is left on the brush to the collar bone - amazing.
Because I have such fair skin (for reference I'm an NC15ish in MAC) I have a lot of trouble finding a highlighter that is light enough to compliment my complexion. Shades 51 & 52 of the Chocolate Bronzer (it really smells like chocolate too) are perfect. As an added bonus you can pick this up for pretty cheap - it is stocked all over Aus & the UK.
Swatches from left to right:
Bourjois Bronzer, LORAC Exposed, Tarte Exposed, Illamasqua Ether
A pretty new addition to my collection this is more like a liquid lipstick - Yummy Mummy is a pretty true nude so you will have to be into that kind of look to pull it off. I've currently wearing the matching nail polish too!
Not only does this gloss taste super yummy (fruity candy) but the natural peach toned pigment with a light shimmer is super easy to wear and flattering. An old favourite of mine.
One of those colour's that react to your body chemistry to create a unique shade of pink/red - the texture is a very silky smooth balm. Super hydrating and a staple I have with me at all times.
Swatches left to right:
Butter London Yummy Mummy, Clairns Nude, Dior Lip Glow

Tutorial for Tiffany Blue Eye Look for Spring:
I can't believe this woman doesn't have more subscribers - not only is she an experienced and extremely talented makeup artist with extremely professional makeup tutorials but her personality is amazing! I find myself giggling at some point in every single one of her videos.
You must go check out her channel, I've inserted my favourite video above - a tutorial on how to achieve a TIFFANY BLUE eye look - combining both my love for Tiffany's and my love for makeup - something I know I have in common with many of my readers.
Phewwww... That was a long favourite's post.....
