The Fusion Essentials 5 Piece Kit - Strawberry.net

A lot of you have probably heard of an online cosmetic discount store called strawberry.net, their advertisements seem to be all over the web and they offer 100's of different cosmetic/skin care/hair products for a "discounted" price. I have always been very intrigued by the idea of buying from a wholesale type website, we don't have any CCO's in Australia and as i mentioned many times we don't have as many brans accessible and all items are sold at really inflated prices.





Curiosity did eventually get the better of me and i decided to go ahead and make my first order, to start with i only ordered one thing - just to break the ice. I can happily report i had a great first experience with this website and as far as i can tell the products i received are 100% authentic! I just made another bigger order with Strawberry.net with a mixture of brands and products i'll be able to review the website in more detail once i receive those goodies.For now keep reading for me review on what i got!

The set works out to be excellent value if you have your eye on any of these products, you get 4 full sized products valued at over $165 (LiftFusion - $39, LipFusion XL - $50, 2x LipFusion Gloss - $38 each) PLUS a generous sized sample of the Mascara. That's saving of roughly $103.50 - amazing right?

This is one of the most expensive lip plumping products i've ever tried (full size is $50US) and i have to say for the price this product really isn't spectacular at all. After using it every night for 5 days I've found that although my lips are a bit plumper, as claimed, they are just looking dull, lifeless and dry. I can't be 100% certain it is because of the Lip Fusion XL but it seems too much of a coincidence that it has just started as i began using this product. See the picture below for how dry and gross they are. I'm also not keen on the smell and taste, it reminds me of something medical? Eeeeeww!

Some might argue that at 21 one can't really give an accurate review on an anti-wrinkle product, but i have to say even i had minor noticeable results on the few small lines ans puffiness i do have. I applied it mainly under the eyes and a little in the corner of my mouth and found after 5-6minutes they appeared sort of buffed out but still present. But be fore warned this product is super drying, and therefore is actually doing your fight against wrinkles a lot worse in the long run. It is only a temporary fix and a minor one at that so i'd stay clear away from this magic stick of promises ladies.

Lip Fusion Micro Collagen Lip Plump in Clear and Blush

Oh how i loathe most lip plumping glosses, the few i have tried usually have a nasty mint mixed with dental fragrance/taste and burn for a really long time (i am a big baby and can't cope with it). Although the taste was quite the same as most with a strong peppermint hit i only noticed a small and tolerable amount of tingly on first application that sort of disappeared after a few applications. I found I only had minor plumping results but the overall texture and moistness of the lips was fantastic. The effects lasted no where near the suggested 48 hours, more like 5-6. It's a really nice gloss and are both now staples in my handbag for daily touch ups.

This is a perfect lazy girl mascara that requires minimum effort for amazing and dramatic results. Mascara is my favourite beauty product of all time and therefore I am so picky when it comes to trying new products, I am so glad i gave this stuff a try. The formula is a little drier then most which works out a lot less messy with really minimal smudging throughout the day. Just check out the picture of my lashes below.... speaks for itself doesn't it?? The perfect balance of lengthened and volumized lashes with NO CLUMPING. Pretty much the best mascara of all time. I need to get my hands on the full size ASAP.
