TVSN (Australia's QVC) is something I don't often indulge in. A shopping addiction combined with the ability to be talked into just about anything make it dangerous territory for me - I also can't pass up a free set of steak knives. So on Saturday morning I decided to "treat myself" and flicked over to see what the world of infomercials had to offer my mundane 9 to 5 existence. To my utter delight the next 2 hours featured my favourite thing in the world to buy... MAKEUP!
Mirenesse is a brand I have always been curious about, they are featured in a lot of reputable Australian magazines and dominate the Australian Beauty Awards. I've never tried anything from the brand so I'm excited to be able to try all their award winning product's at such a great discount. I also love the security of being able to return products that don't work for me - a luxury we don't often have in Australia.
Shipping was incredibly fast and I returned home from work on TUESDAY to a beautiful little box of treasures. Straight away I was impressed by the expensive looking packaging and the first thing you see when you open the box is a beautifully printed Thank You! Everything came nicely tucked away in tissue paper and all of Mirenesse's details including return info are printed right on the box... perfect if like me you tend to misplace paperwork. There's also a second seal so you can re-use the box to ship back any returns.
How stunning is the packaging with the corset and stockings? There is a pin-upesque theme running throughout a lot of the product packaging which I just adore and even the freaking powder puff from the mineral powder is adorned in a little chandelier.
I don't want to get into individual product reviews here - but I plan on reviewing each individual product over the coming weeks. I've included plenty of product pictures below and some premature product swatches for anyone who's contemplating ordering the FLAWSOME Face collection.
If you are I really suggest you order ASAP, I have no idea how long TVSN are planning on running this deal but I can't imagine it will be very long. My suggestion is get in quick and you can always just return it within the 90 days.
